This is one of my favorite pictures taken this year. And not because it is in a bowling alley, though that's a nice plus! The two ladies with me, Liesl (in the center) and Amanda (on the right), have come to mean a great deal to me. Friends are what make this place "home" for me.

We were recently graced with the presence of a wonderful friend, Sue Starling, who came into Jakarta with us last year. This was a "Singapore Reunion" dinner at The Eastern. In the back are those crazy blokes from Australia, Chris and John. Then you have the lovely ladies seated, from left to right, Sue, Jess, me, Liesl and Lynelle.

Dinner on the beach. It was a beautiful evening. Relaxation was the goal for our long weekend in Lombok. The suntan lines I still have prove that the goal was achieved!

Sunset in Lombok...this was the view at dinner our second night. It was an absolutely stunning sight! Off to the right you can see the men who were constantly trying to get our attention...t-shirts, bracelets, key chains, bookmarks...you can buy just about anything from those guys!

This is a view of the ocean from where some friends and I stayed in Lombok a couple of months ago. The water was so blue! And there was a beautiful coral reef where we were able to go and see all the wonderful sea creatures that live there!

Here are both the Boys & Girls SMP basketball teams just after winning the SPH Cup to end the season. Lots of hard work, and the added dimension this year of togetherness between the two teams gave us the opportunity be so successful.
